2020 - ongoing
Redesign the website of Pentaschool, focusing on training office workers aiming to improve themselves.
I not just completely redesigned the interface of every kind what and enduser have to interact with, but we updated the way, the owners think about their users and servives.
During the research, we understood we won't have enough resources and time for a deep research, so we decided to supplement some research matters involving the Client, and recap some question at the usability test phase.
We started this process with some co-creation meetings with the client, where we started to organize and prioritize ideas, what they collected before, and what I found during the research.
We started to develop a new value proposition, and during this process, the Client provided us an extremely deep and relevant pool of user insights about the operation of the course-center, with a pretty diverse aspect.
As we defined in the first steps, users needed a frictionless mobile experience to reach Pentaschool's site on any device. The design process wasn't a clean mobile-first method, the first screen intentionally was designed for desktop.
As the wireframe, and visual design melted into a coherent one, I immediately started to adapt the functionalities and main visual rules to mobile.
